Accounts require your unique username to sign in (not your email address). If you forgot it, you can easily discover it via the Password Reset method:

Check your inbox for the email: "Password Reset Code - GPLAstra Member".

Check the top greeting line in the email message:

👉 Your username is displayed right after "Hello" and before the comma (,)!
