WooCommerce FedEx Shipping v4.8.0 Plugin

WooCommerce FedEx Shipping Method is a plugin that integrates FedEx Express shipping services into your WooCommerce store. The plugin allows store owners to offer real-time shipping quotes to their customers based on product weight, shipping destination, and other factors. The plugin supports US and Canadian Dollars for currency and is designed to work primarily with inches and pounds as units of measurement, but other units can be automatically converted. With this plugin, store owners can provide fast and reliable shipping options for both domestic and international parcels. The plugin requires that your store has soap installed and that US or Canada is set as the base country.

What’s New (Changelog) in WooCommerce FedEx Shipping v4.8.0

2026-09-03 - version 4.8.0
* Add - FedEx Freight (LTL) live rates via the new FedEx Freight platform (api.ltl.tech), which the FedEx Freight spinoff moved LTL rating onto.
* Add - Separate FedEx Freight API credentials, OAuth, and an independent production/sandbox environment toggle for the FedEx Freight platform.
* Tweak - FedEx Freight (LTL) rates now require separate FedEx Freight API credentials from developer.fedexfreight.com. Stores that rated LTL before the spinoff will not receive LTL rates until those credentials are entered.
* Fix - A rate response containing no rates is now remembered for ten minutes instead of a week, so a temporary empty result from FedEx no longer suppresses rates for that destination for days.
* Fix - Stores that have not entered their FedEx API credentials no longer write authentication errors to the log on every request.
* Fix - Saving new API credentials now clears the cached token and reports whether they authenticated; both checks were silently skipped before.
* Fix - Rate quotes returned without pricing details, which FedEx sends for services it could not rate, no longer emit PHP notices.
* Tweak - FedEx Freight rate activity is now logged under its own environment and tagged separately from parcel, so the two can be told apart when they use different environments.
* Tweak - WooCommerce 11.1 Compatibility.
