OpenAI Chatbot Helper v1.1.4 Plugin
OpenAI Chatbot for WordPress integrates an interactive conversational AI assistant into any WordPress site, connecting directly to OpenAI language models. The plugin provides a floating chatbot widget where visitors can ask questions, receive customer support guidance, and discover site content through natural conversational dialogues.
Site administrators can define custom system instructions, tone parameters, and knowledge boundaries to align the bot’s behavior with their organization’s needs. The chatbot can be trained on custom FAQ documents or site content snippets, ensuring responses stay grounded in store policies and service details rather than hallucinating external claims.
